This Parador is one of the most impressive I have stayed in. The 17th century Convent ambience has been remarkably preserved..... lucky nuns in those days!!
The front-desk staff could benefeit from refresher courses in customer care and how to handle small problems without displaying sarcastic arrogance.

The rooms were spacious with a view of the castle and a luxurious jacuzzi style bath. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Chinchon Castle. Situated in a lovely area close to the town center, with plenty of restaurants and the main square nearby.
